How to pack your device

Device registration

Register your device for repair

Get a shipping label.

Shipping label printing

Print the label

Attach it to the box.

Shipping via courier or locker

Place in locker or hand to courier

Place it in a parcel locker or hand it to the courier.

Online repair tracking

Track repair online

Monitor status and updates.

  • Sturdy box, sized for the device
  • Protective film or bubble wrap
  • Adhesive tape (preferably packing tape)
  • Scissors / knife
  • If possible – turn off the device
  • Remove the SIM card and all unnecessary accessories
  • Fill out the repair form as thoroughly as possible.
  • If the glass is cracked – add extra film so it doesn't shatter
